We start by listening. In our first meeting, we take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals. We'll also discuss your budget and help align your ideas with what's possible, so we can build smart from the start.

Preliminary Agreement
When you're ready to move forward, we enter into a preliminary agreement. This allows us to complete essential site checks, begin initial drawings, and provide a detailed estimate tailored to your block and design ideas.

Design & Planning
Our design team works closely with you to bring your vision to life. We'll refine your floor plan, façade, and layout to create a home that suits your lifestyle and maximises your space.

Selections
Here's where your style shines. From bricks to benchtops, lighting to tapware, you'll choose all the details that make your house a home. Our expert team is on hand to guide you through the process.

Final Plans & Contract
With your selections made and plans finalised, we'll present your fixed-price building contract. We'll walk you through every detail to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind before you sign.

Building Approvals
BelCo takes care of all the necessary approvals, including council submissions and building certifications. We'll handle the paperwork so you don't have to.

Construction
Now the real excitement begins! Our experienced construction team will get to work building your home with precision and care. We'll keep you updated every step of the way with regular site meetings and progress reports.

Handover & Maintenance
Welcome home! At handover, we'll walk you through your completed home, provide your keys, and ensure you're 100% happy. Plus, we offer a maintenance period to take care of any little issues that might arise after move-in.
